All the collaborators on our new NSF project had a chance to meet face to face at RENCI last week and get things rolling. We’re are all excited about a few years of thinking hard about ontology-annotated traits on phylogenetic trees, aiming to build upon the work of Phenoscape, the Phenotype RCN, and the comparative methods in R community, among others.
